The Details

Michael Blasingame was born on July 3, 1982 in Lafayette Louisiana. He is described as a Asian Male with brown eyes and black hair. He appears younger than his true age. He stands 6'0" and weighs 175 pounds - although he may have lost weight. Further, he may have a small beard or mustache. He is known to wear hats and sunglasses regularly while on the run.

The fugitive Blasingame was last seen in Lafayette, Louisiana, after he was divorced from the child's mother in Collin County, Texas. He was to have completed his child visitation with his son Eitan. When the mother came to pick up their son he told the mother that he would not give up custody of the child and threatened the mothers life. A felony warrant was issued for fugitive Blasingame arrest in December of 2008 after he refused to release the child to the mother, who has been awarded sole custodian custody of the child. The fugitive is in custody of the two year old male, Eitan Blasingame. He is known to have been hiding in the Lafayette, Louisiana area, and has extensive family contacts in the Lafayette area.

Remarks

The fugitive is a known past resident with his parents, Monty Joe and Rose Blasingame, who reside in the 300 block of Live Oak, Lafayette, Louisiana. Further, according to neighbors, he was seen in the past with the child in the 200 block of Roselawn also in the Lafayette area. Business owners in the area of 102 Rena, near the families business "Upscale Retail" have told investigators that he was seen with the child at and in the business in the past.

Michael Blasingame has told the mother that he was a member of a Asian street gang in Lafayette and has ties to Asian gangs through out Louisiana. Further, he has told the mother that he has contact overseas and could use those contacts to either hurt her or to hide himself in an foreign country.

Fugitive Blasingame has extensive tattoo's on his left arm with one around his left wrist as well as a star of David on his right shoulder.

He was last seen in a white pick up truck that may have been traded for cash for travel expenses. According to records, the truck had a license plate registered in Louisiana under a family members name.

The fugitives family as well as their legal counsel has declined to make any statements to investigators in the case. As well, one family member has hired legal counsel.

This wanted felon is and should be consider armed and dangerous. Please do not approach him and call your local, state or federal Agency to report his location. He may attempt to either exit or enter the United States through Mexico along the Southwestern boarder.

An INTERPOL notice has been sent to various countries regarding this subject as well as his passport and he maybe in possession of the child's passport as well as travel documents.

He is known to use the following AKA's : Mike Blasingame, Tommy Bearden, Tim Rothschild, Andy Michael Davis, Mike Lenard as well as others.
